Manufactured in compliance with national standard GB/T15856.2, this screw comes with an integrated serrated flange washer. It expands bearing area during tightening to prevent sliding and loosening.

Widely used for light steel keels, color steel sheet linings, electrical sheet metal, door & window fittings, sheet metal racks, and thin plate guardrail assembly. Equipped with a cutting drill tip, pre-drilling is not required. It directly penetrates 2–5mm thin steel plates, serving as a universal fastener for indoor light steel structures.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Made of premium carbon steel with overall quenching heat treatment. The drill tip features high hardness for sharp drilling performance, resisting tip chipping and tail fracture.

The complete production process covers ten steps: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, tail forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing and packaging.

The anti-slip serrated flange washer is integrally formed with the screw head, biting into workpieces to avoid displacement during assembly. Uniform standard thread pitch delivers tight engagement with steel plates, resisting thread loosening under long-term vibration. The color zinc coating is dense and thick.
