This product is manufactured per national specifications for self-drilling screws, featuring an integrated washer flange structure. It expands bearing area and disperses compression stress during tightening.

Widely applied to light steel keels, electrical sheet metal, door & window fittings, sheet metal enclosures, light guardrails and color steel lining panel assembly. Products are exported year-round to hardware and building materials markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other countries.

Equipped with an integrated drill tip, pre-drilling is unnecessary. It directly penetrates cold-rolled steel sheets and galvanized thin plates, serving as a universal fastener for indoor sheet metal assembly.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is adopted as raw material and undergoes overall quenching heat treatment. The cutting edge of the drill tip delivers high hardness and sharp drilling performance, effectively preventing tip chipping and tail fracture.

The complete production workflow consists of ten procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, tail forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing and packaging.

The flange washer is integrally formed with the screw, removing the separate washer assembly step. Standardized Phillips cross recess fits universal Phillips screwdriver bits to avoid slipping and slot cracking during installation and disassembly. Thread pitch complies with national standards to form tight engagement with steel plates, resisting loosening under long-term vibration conditions. The blue-white zinc electroplating coating is dense and uniform.

Every batch undergoes item-by-item sampling inspection before delivery, covering drill tip hardness, flange flatness, cross recess strength, thread quality and coating integrity. Defective products with broken tips, deformation or flawed coatings are fully screened out.
