This product is manufactured strictly in accordance with national standard GB/T15856.1-2002. It adopts a rounded pan head with Phillips cross recess, mainly applied to assembly of electrical enclosures, plastic steel doors & windows, thin iron sheets, furniture hardware and sheet metal parts of small household appliances.

Equipped with an integrally formed drill tip, it eliminates pre-drilling and completes drilling and fastening in one operation. It is a universal mass-production fastener for light industrial electromechanical equipment and door & window fittings, with long-term bulk exports to hardware markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is selected as raw material, resisting tip chipping and tail breakage when drilling thin steel sheets.

Complete production workflow: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading forming, drill tip shaping, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, surface galvanizing and packaging.

The smooth rounded pan head leaves no protrusions to scratch paint coatings on workpieces after installation. Uniform and full thread profiles prevent thread stripping and substrate cracking when fastening thin plates. The blue-white zinc coating is dense and even.

Before delivery, sampling inspections are carried out per national standards to check pan head dimensions, cross recess strength, drill tip hardness and coating adhesion, screening out defective products with cracked slots, broken tips and flawed coatings.

Complete fastener sets bundled with countersunk self-drilling screws, hex head self-drilling screws and various self-tapping screws are available for shipment. Custom extended non-standard sizes can be produced against customer samples, with stable production capacity to guarantee long-term supply.
