The complete production workflow includes twelve procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, drill tip forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, nylon cap injection molding, washer assembly and packaging.

It adopts segmented thread design: the front section performs drilling while the rear section delivers stable fastening. Long shanks bear force evenly and resist bending. Nylon caps are formed by high-temperature injection molding with tight snap fit to prevent falling off.
