I. Application Fields
This fastener is specially designed for single-layer color steel tile workshops, sheet metal fences, simple awnings and door & window sheet metal assembly. It is widely used in civil steel structures and small warehouse roofing projects, with large volumes exported year-round to building material markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Equipped with an integrated drill tip to eliminate pre-drilling for easy construction, it is the mainstream universal screw for thin color steel panel installation.
II. Production Processes
Premium carbon steel is adopted as raw material. The drill tip cutting edge meets standard hardness, resisting tip chipping and tail breakage when drilling thin steel sheets.
The complete production workflow includes eleven procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading forming, drill tip shaping, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, washer assembly and packaging.
Uniform full threads deliver stable stress during tightening. The black rubber washer features strong toughness and anti-aging performance against sunlight exposure. The color zinc coating boasts strong adhesion, ensuring long service life in indoor and semi-open-air environments.
