The complete production workflow includes eleven procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, tail forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, washer assembly and packaging.

The integrally stamped flange comes with an integrated steel washer, which disperses compression stress during assembly and prevents surface damage to workpieces. Precisely rolled threads feature uniform pitch for firm engagement with plates, resisting loosening under long-term vibration.
