I. Application Fields
Developed specifically for thermal insulation sandwich panels of standard thickness, these screws are widely used for insulated roofing of steel structure workshops, insulated warehouse roofs and enclosures of small photovoltaic sheds.
They adopt a segmented structure with threads only at the front section and a smooth unthreaded shank in the middle. The smooth shank passes through the insulation layer without tearing rock wool and avoids bulging color steel panels during tightening. It serves as the standard matching fastener for thin insulation panel projects.
II. Raw Materials & Production Processes
Raw materials are sourced from large steel mills, enabling easy penetration of multi-layer sheet metal.
The complete production workflow covers eleven procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, drill tip forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, washer assembly and packaging.
The smooth middle shank slides through thermal cotton smoothly without squeezing and deforming panels. The transparent washers are lightweight and compact, matching the assembly demands of sandwich panels and preventing panel damage caused by protrusions.
