Manufactured in accordance with national fastener standards, these Phillips countersunk self-drilling screws feature a countersunk structure. After tightening, the screw head sinks fully into the panel for a smooth, bump-free surface.

They are widely used for light steel keel suspended ceilings, door and window hardware assembly, indoor sheet metal decoration, light steel frames, sheet metal furniture connectors and aluminum alloy accessory fixing. The products are exported year-round to hardware and building materials markets across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Equipped with an integrated cutting drill tip, pre-drilling is not required, satisfying fastening demands for both thin steel sheets and wood panels.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is adopted as raw material with overall quenching heat treatment. The cutting edge of the drill tip meets standard hardness, delivering sharp drilling performance and resisting tip chipping and tail breakage during drilling.

The complete production process consists of ten procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, tail forming, thread rolling, heat treatment conditioning, galvanizing and packaging.

The Phillips slot fits screwdrivers tightly to prevent slipping and slot cracking during installation. Uniform thread patterns create firm engagement with substrates, avoiding loosening under long-term vibration. The blue zinc coating is dense and uniform.

Concealed countersunk installation: The tapered flat head sits flush with workpieces after installation with no protruding edges that cause scratches. It is the preferred fastener for interior decoration and furniture projects requiring flat surface appearance.Integrated dual-purpose self-drilling design: The built-in cutting tip directly penetrates 0.5–5mm cold-rolled steel sheets and galvanized iron sheets, and can self-tap into solid wood and MDF. One screw fits multiple scenarios to reduce inventory varieties.

All specifications are kept in regular stock. Standard orders can be shipped within 48 hours. Sample orders and full-container export orders are both acceptable.

Every batch undergoes item-by-item sampling inspection before delivery, covering drill tip hardness, cross slot strength, thread precision and coating adhesion to strictly block defective goods from delivery.

Flat washers and spring washers from our factory can be bundled together for one-stop fastener supply. Custom non-standard self-drilling screws with extended shanks and special thread profiles are available per customer samples.
