Manufactured in compliance with national fastener standards, this Phillips countersunk head self-drilling screw features a countersunk design that allows the screw head to sink completely into panels after tightening, delivering a smooth, bump-free surface.

Widely applied to light steel keel partition walls, door and window hardware, sheet metal furniture connectors, light steel suspended ceilings, aluminum alloy fittings and thin steel plate interior assembly. The products are exported to hardware and building materials markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa year-round.

Equipped with an integrated drilling tip, it eliminates pre-drilling and meets fastening requirements for both thin wood panels and thin steel sheets.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Made of premium carbon steel with overall quenching heat treatment. The drilling tip boasts sufficient hardness for sharp drilling performance, resisting tip chipping and tail breakage.

The complete production process covers ten procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, tail forming, thread rolling, heat treatment conditioning, galvanizing and packaging.

Neatly formed Phillips slots fit standard Phillips screwdrivers for easy installation and disassembly. Uniform thread pitch ensures tight engagement with substrates to prevent thread slipping or stripping. Dimensional tolerances strictly conform to national standard parameters.

Concealed countersunk design: The screw head fully embeds into substrates post-installation for a smooth, attractive surface without protruding edges that scratch materials, making it a preferred fastener for furniture, interior decoration and suspended ceilings.Dual-purpose self-drilling function: The integrated drill tip directly penetrates 0.5–5 mm thin steel sheets and galvanized iron sheets, and can self-tap into solid wood and MDF. One fastener fits both metal and wood substrate assembly.

All specifications are kept in regular stock. Standard orders can be shipped out within 48 hours. We accept small-batch trial orders as well as full-container export orders.

Every batch undergoes sampling inspection before delivery, covering drill tip hardness, cross slot strength, thread precision and coating adhesion. Defective products with cracked heads, damaged drill tips or peeling coatings are fully screened out.

Matching flat washers and spring washers from our factory can be bundled as complete sets for one-stop fastener supply. Custom special extended-length and special-shaped countersunk self-drilling screws are available per drawings or samples.
