This is a Phillips countersunk self-drilling screw with depth stop lugs. After countersunk installation, the screw head fully sinks into panels for a smooth and attractive surface.

Integrated stop lugs on the shank control drilling depth to prevent thin sheet penetration. It is widely used for light steel keel partition walls, door and window hardware, interior thin steel sheets and sheet metal furniture connectors, applicable to residential interior renovation and electromechanical equipment assembly.

Equipped with an integrated drill tip to eliminate pre-drilling, it realizes fastening for both thin steel sheets and wood panels. Our products are exported long-term to building material markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Raw materials are sourced from large steel mills. The drill tip features high hardness for sharp drilling performance, resisting tip chipping and tail breakage.

The complete production workflow covers twelve procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, stop lug & drill tip forming, thread rolling, tail shaping, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, washer assembly and packaging.

The stop lugs are integrally formed with the screw shank with precise dimensions. Standardized Phillips cross recess fits regular Phillips screwdriver bits to avoid slipping and slot cracking during construction.
