II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is adopted as raw material. The complete production workflow consists of eleven procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, point forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, washer assembly and packaging.

The integrated pan head and flat washer are formed as one piece, eliminating the separate washer matching process and improving assembly efficiency. Standardized Phillips cross recess fits Phillips screwdrivers tightly to avoid slipping and slot cracking during operation. Sharp and uniform thread profiles prevent thread stripping and substrate cracking when screwed into plastic, thin iron and wood substrates. The blue zinc coating is uniform and dense.

Every batch undergoes sampling inspection before delivery, covering flange flatness, cross recess strength, thread precision and coating quality. Defective products with deformation and incomplete threads are fully screened out.
