This product is manufactured in strict compliance with national standard GB/T845-1985, featuring a smooth rounded Phillips pan head. It is mainly used for assembling plastic parts, MDF, solid wood boards, plastic housings of home appliances and small hardware components.

A pilot hole shall be pre-drilled before installation; full threads enable firm fastening after screwing in. Widely applied to the assembly of small home appliances, toys, furniture interior trims and electrical fittings, large quantities are exported year-round to building material markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is adopted as raw material. The complete production workflow consists of nine procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading forming, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing and packaging.

The smooth curved pan head leaves no protruding edges to scratch workpiece paint coatings after installation. Fine and sharp thread profiles prevent cracking when screwed into wood and plastic substrates. The uniform and dense blue-white zinc coating isolates moisture and oxidation, delivering long service life under ordinary humid indoor conditions.

All national standard sizes are permanently stocked. Standard orders can be dispatched within 48 hours. We accept small-batch trial orders and full-container export orders.

Before delivery, sampling inspections are conducted in accordance with national standards to check pan head dimensions, cross recess strength, thread sharpness and coating adhesion, eliminating defective products with cracked slots and incomplete threads.

Complete fastener sets bundled with pan head self-drilling screws and various self-tapping screws are available for shipment. Custom extended non-standard sizes can be produced against customer samples, with stable production capacity to guarantee long-term supply.
