This screw features an integrated hex flange and washer structure, specially designed for fastening solid wood joists, pressure-treated wood decking, wooden house frames, wooden fences and outdoor furniture.

Equipped with built-in sealing washers, it is applicable to both indoor home decoration and outdoor timber construction. Our products are exported year-round to building material markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

No pre-drilling is required. Coarse threads form firm interlock with timber, making it a universal fastener for all timber engineering projects.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is selected as raw material. The complete production workflow covers ten procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing, washer assembly and packaging.

The flange and washer are integrally combined. Wide and thick coarse threads prevent wood splitting and thread stripping when screwed into solid wood.

Every batch undergoes pre-delivery sampling inspection covering flange flatness, thread integrity and coating quality to screen out defective products with cracked heads or incomplete threads.

Complete fastener sets bundled with various self-tapping screws and self-drilling screws are available for one-stop sourcing. Custom extended non-standard wood screws can be produced against customer samples, with stable mass production to guarantee long-term supply for timber structure projects.
