This product is strictly manufactured in accordance with national standard GB/T102-1986. Featuring a wide-pitch coarse thread design, it is specially developed for fastening solid wood substrates.

Widely applied to pressure-treated wood decking, wooden house frames, solid wood fences, outdoor wooden furniture and garden timber structure projects, it is also suitable for solid wood joist assembly in indoor home renovation. Large quantities are exported year-round to building material markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Pre-drilling is not required. The coarse threads firmly interlock with timber to avoid wood splitting and loosening.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is selected as raw material. The manufacturing consists of three core procedures: cold heading forming of hex flange, thread rolling and tapered point forming, followed by blue-white zinc electroplating.

The hex head dimensions fully comply with national standard parameters to prevent wrench slipping during tightening. Wide and thick coarse threads with sufficient depth deliver exceptional holding power when screwed into solid wood. The blue-white zinc coating is uniform and dense.
