I. Application Fields & Product Standards

This product is manufactured in compliance with national standards for drywall screws, offered in both fine thread and coarse thread versions. With a tapered bugle head structure, the screw head sinks fully into gypsum boards and paper-faced wall panels after tightening.

It is primarily applied to light steel stud gypsum board partition walls and ceiling installation, as well as wood panels, MDF, home interior decoration and cabinet assembly. Large volumes are exported year-round to building material markets across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

A pilot hole needs to be pre-punched on substrates before installation; full threads deliver self-tapping fastening. It is the most widely used general fastener for renovation projects.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is selected as raw material. The complete production workflow covers nine procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing and packaging.

Standard-depth Phillips cross recess fits universal Phillips screwdriver bits, resisting slipping and slot cracking during mass installation. Fine-thread variants are designed for lightweight gypsum substrates, while coarse-thread screws deliver stronger pull-out resistance when fastening solid wood and particle boards.

The black phosphate surface layer is dense with low residual oil and matte finish, avoiding contamination to paint and finish coats on panels during assembly.
