This product is manufactured in accordance with industry production specifications for drywall screws, adopting a tapered Phillips bugle head structure. After fastening, the screw head sinks fully into gypsum boards and wood panels.

Fine thread versions are mainly used for light steel stud paper-faced gypsum board partition walls and suspended ceilings; coarse thread variants fit MDF, solid wood and cabinet board assembly. Widely applied to residential decoration and commercial infrastructure projects, large quantities are exported year-round to overseas building material markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

A pilot hole needs to be pre-positioned and drilled before construction; full threads realize self-tapping locking. It is a universal fastening consumable for interior decoration.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium carbon steel is selected as raw material. The complete production workflow covers nine procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing and packaging.

Standard-depth Phillips cross recess matches universal Phillips screwdriver bits, avoiding slipping and slot cracking during mass construction. Fine threads feature dense pitch to prevent gypsum board cracking under pressure; wide and thick coarse threads deliver stronger holding power when penetrating solid wood. The blue-white zinc coating is uniform and dense.
