I. Application Fields & National Standard Basis

This product is strictly produced in compliance with national standard GB/T846-1985. It adopts a tapered Phillips countersunk head structure; after tightening, the screw head sinks fully into the substrate to create a smooth, bump-free surface.

Designed primarily for wood panels, MDF, gypsum boards and plastic components, it is widely used in household suspended ceilings, furniture assembly, door and window interior trim, and small home appliance fitting. Large quantities are exported year-round to overseas building material and furniture markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other regions.

A pilot hole needs to be pre-drilled before installation; full threads penetrate the substrate to achieve firm fastening.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

High-quality carbon steel is selected as raw material. The complete production process covers nine procedures: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, thread rolling, thermal refining treatment, galvanizing and packaging.

Neatly formed Phillips cross recesses fit standard Phillips screwdriver bits, preventing slipping and slot cracking during installation. Sharp and uniform thread profiles bite firmly into wood, avoiding wood splitting and thread stripping. The blue-white zinc coating is dense and uniform.

Before delivery, every batch undergoes item-by-item sampling inspection in line with national standards, covering thread precision and coating adhesion. Defective products such as cracked heads, incomplete threads and flawed coatings are fully screened out.

Matching flat washers and spring washers manufactured by our factory can be bundled together for one-stop supply of fastener accessories. Custom non-standard self-tapping screws with extended shanks and special thread pitches can be made per customer drawings and samples.
