I. Product Applications & Selection Standards

These U-shaped clamping bolts are produced per industry standard drawings as dedicated fasteners for pipe fixing, steel structures, photovoltaic brackets, construction machinery, plumbing pipelines and bridge guardrail installation.

The U-shaped wrap-around design tightly locks round pipes. Our products are exported in bulk year-round to overseas infrastructure markets across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions.

Selection is based on the outer diameter of steel pipes, covering full sizes from thin 25mm pipelines up to heavy 139.7mm pipes. Widely used for positioning and fixing oil & gas pipelines, water supply & drainage pipes and mechanical equipment conduits.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium Q235 carbon steel is adopted as raw material, with Grade 4.8 and Grade 8.8 strength grades optional.

Full production workflow: Round steel cutting → bending forming → thread rolling → anti-corrosion surface treatment.

The U-bend is integrally cold-formed without cracks or stress deformation, delivering even force distribution during wrapping clamping. Fully formed smooth threads on both ends engage tightly with matching nuts to avoid thread stripping and breakage during tightening. All dimensional parameters including bending span, shank length and aperture strictly comply with drawings to ensure close fitting with corresponding steel pipes.

III. Surface Treatments & Product Advantages

Two standard surface finishes are in stock:

Plain black oxide version boasts high cost performance for indoor equipment and factory pipeline fixing.

Hot-dip galvanized version features thick, compact zinc coating with superior resistance to coastal salt spray and outdoor acid rain corrosion, providing long-term rust protection for photovoltaic, bridge and outdoor pipeline projects.

Compared with clip fittings, the U wrap-around structure offers stronger pressure bearing and seismic performance with easy installation without extra welding.

Besides standard stock sizes, custom bend radii and shank lengths can be manufactured according to customers’ pipe outer diameters and installation space constraints.

IV. Quality Control, Warehousing & Supporting Services

Mainstream sizes M10~M24 are permanently stocked. Standard-size orders can be scheduled for delivery within 48 hours. We accept small sample orders and full-container export bulk orders.

Pre-delivery sampling inspections cover bending dimensions, thread precision and coating adhesion to eliminate defective goods with deformation or incomplete threads.

Complete kits consisting of self-produced nuts, flat washers and spring washers can be bundled for one-stop fastener supply to save customers multi-supplier procurement costs.

Supported by mature production lines, custom non-standard special-bend U-bolts are available on demand. Stable production capacity ensures consistent repeat orders for overseas engineering projects.
