Manufactured in accordance with Grade A flat washer standard GB/T97.1-2002, this product is an essential auxiliary component for bolt fastening assemblies.

It is widely matched with engineering projects including steel structures, power transmission towers, photovoltaic brackets, bridge & road infrastructure, construction machinery and pipeline equipment, and compatible with assembly of all types of DIN bolts. Large volumes are exported year-round to overseas markets across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe.

When installed between nuts and workpieces, the washers perform core functions of dispersing compressive stress, protecting workpiece contact surfaces and filling assembly gaps.

II. Raw Materials & Processing Technology

Premium Q235 steel plates are selected as raw materials and integrally formed via CNC stamping, delivering high flatness without burrs or warped edges.

All stamped washers undergo unified anti-corrosion surface treatment. Hot-dip galvanized flat washers feature dense and uniform zinc coating, with drastically improved salt spray resistance and acid & alkali corrosion resistance compared with ordinary electro-galvanized products.

The inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness all comply with national standard tolerances. The bore holes precisely fit matching bolts for tight contact during set fastening.

Hot-dip galvanized washers are designed for open-air, coastal saline-alkali and outdoor infrastructure applications with long-term rust prevention performance.

Electro-galvanized blue-white zinc and color zinc washers feature bright appearance and high cost performance, mostly used for indoor equipment assembly.

Black oxide washers suit fastening inside mechanical cavities.

Thickened flat washers boast stronger pressure bearing capacity for heavy-duty equipment and heavy steel structures, while standard-thickness washers fit general assembly scenarios. A full range of sizes covers all light and heavy load application demands.

IV. Quality Control, Warehousing & Supporting Services

All sizes M6–M64 are permanently stocked. Standard orders can be dispatched within 48 hours, and we accept small-batch trial orders as well as large full-container export orders.

Pre-delivery sampling inspections cover dimensional accuracy, flatness and coating adhesion to eliminate defective products with deformation or out-of-tolerance dimensions.

We provide one-stop complete kits consisting of self-produced bolts, hex nuts and spring washers to cut customers’ multi-supplier procurement costs. Custom special-shaped non-standard flat washers can be manufactured against customer drawings or samples, with adjustable thickness, inner and outer diameters as required.
