Wotu hot-dip galvanized hex nuts are manufactured in strict compliance with both Chinese national standards and German DIN standards, covering two core product lines: DIN934 heavy nuts and GB/T6172 thin nuts. They serve as standard fasteners for outdoor infrastructure projects.

Widely used for exposed engineering projects including power transmission towers, photovoltaic brackets, highway guardrails, steel structure workshops, bridge construction and oil & gas pipelines, these nuts are exported in bulk year-round to numerous countries across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe. They meet bulk stocking demands of overseas engineering purchasers and hardware traders, and match perfectly with our factory’s hot-dip galvanized DIN931 and DIN933 bolts.

II. Raw Materials & Precision Manufacturing Process

Fabricated from premium Q235 and 35Cr carbon steel, the nuts are offered in two grades: Grade 4 general-purpose and Grade 8 high-strength, to suit light and heavy load working conditions respectively.

The entire production process is fully controlled in-house, including raw material cutting, cold heading for hex forming, high-precision CNC tapping, finished product sorting and unified hot-dip galvanizing.

Internal threads are produced via precision thread rolling, delivering uniform full thread profiles and accurate pitch. They engage smoothly with matching bolts without thread stripping or breakage during tightening, with dimensional tolerances strictly aligned with drawing standards.

Compared with electro-galvanized nuts, hot-dip galvanizing forms a thick, compact zinc coating that fundamentally improves anti-corrosion performance.

III. Advantages of Hot-Dip Galvanizing & Product Types

The high-temperature molten zinc dipping process ensures uniform full coating coverage, providing reliable protection against coastal salt spray, wild acid rain, saline-alkali soil erosion, and long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain. The nuts resist rust after years of open-air use, drastically cutting later maintenance and replacement costs.

DIN934 heavy nuts feature sufficient thickness for superior load-bearing and fastening performance, mainly applied to heavy steel frames and large equipment fixing. GB thin nuts adopt a slim profile for limited-space confined fastening scenarios.

All matching washers and nuts undergo identical hot-dip galvanizing to deliver consistent anti-corrosion performance. Products can be purchased separately or supplied as complete kits of bolts + washers + nuts.

IV. Quality Control, Warehousing & Customization Services

All sizes M6–M64 are permanently stocked at the factory. Standard orders can be dispatched within 48 hours; we accept small-batch trial orders and large full-container export orders.

Batch-by-batch sampling inspections are carried out before delivery to test thread precision, zinc coating adhesion and nut thickness, eliminating defective goods with damaged threads, peeling coatings or out-of-tolerance dimensions. Quality inspection documents are available for every batch.

Custom special-shaped non-standard nuts can be produced based on customer drawings or samples, with adjustable dimensions and strength grades as required. We provide one-stop supply of full-series fasteners to reduce customers’ multi-supplier procurement costs.
