I. Product Application Scope
Wotu hex nuts consist of three main categories: DIN934 heavy hex nuts, GB/T6172 thin hex nuts and flange nuts, all produced in line with universal Chinese and German industrial standards.
They are widely applied in steel structures, power transmission towers, construction machinery, photovoltaic brackets, pipelines, automotive hardware and other industries. Our products are exported long-term to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa, meeting bulk purchasing demands of global traders and engineering projects.
II. Raw Materials & Processing Technology
Premium Q235 carbon steel is selected as raw material, available in Grade 4 general-purpose and Grade 8 high-strength versions.
The full production process including blanking, cold heading forming, precision tapping and surface treatment is independently completed in-house.
Threads are formed via precise tapping with uniform and standard profiles, creating tight engagement with matching bolts to avoid thread stripping and breakage. Dimensional tolerances strictly conform to international standards, compatible with the full range of DIN931 and DIN933 bolts.
III. Advantages of Diverse Surface Treatments & Styles
Four surface finishes are offered: blue-white zinc, color zinc, black oxide and hot-dip galvanizing.
Electro-galvanized finishes feature bright appearance and perform excellently for indoor use; black oxide delivers high cost-effectiveness for internal equipment assembly; hot-dip galvanizing forms a thick zinc coating with superior salt spray resistance for coastal and outdoor infrastructure.
Thin nuts fit confined installation spaces; flange nuts come with integrated washers to simplify assembly while providing vibration resistance and anti-loosening performance. Multiple styles satisfy various installation requirements.

Sufficient stock of all sizes M6–M64 is maintained. Standard goods can be dispatched within 48 hours. We accept sample orders and full-container export orders.

Custom non-standard nuts can be manufactured according to customer drawings or samples.
