II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

High-quality carbon steel is adopted as raw material, supplied in two grades: Grade 4.8 general-purpose bolts and Grade 8.8 high-tensile bolts to fit light and heavy load working conditions respectively.

The full production chain is independently controlled, covering wire rod pickling & phosphating, integrated cold heading forming, finished product sorting and unified hot-dip galvanizing.

Compared with conventional electro-galvanized fasteners on the market, hot-dip galvanizing delivers a thick zinc coating with drastically enhanced resistance to salt spray, acid rain and saline-alkali corrosion. The bolts resist rust under long-term outdoor sunlight exposure and coastal humid environments, effectively cutting later maintenance and part replacement costs.

Three mainstream specifications are offered: DIN931 half-thread bolts, DIN933 full-thread bolts and GB30 national standard bolts.

Half-thread bolts feature an unthreaded smooth shank for superior shear resistance, primarily used for steel beam splicing and embedded fixing of heavy machinery.

Full-thread bolts are threaded along the entire shank for flexible adjustment of fastening length, ideal for equipment assembly and light steel frame erection.

GB30 national standard bolts suit overseas buyers who adopt Chinese standards, with a complete size range for flexible selection.

All matching washers and nuts undergo the same hot-dip galvanizing process with precise dimensional fit. Products can be purchased separately or supplied as complete bolt & washer kits.
