I. Product Application & Adopted Standards

This product is strictly manufactured in accordance with GB/T799-1988 national standard. It is an L-shaped 7-type cast-in-place anchor bolt, dedicated embedded fastener for steel structure workshops, tower crane bases, street light poles, high-voltage transmission towers, bridge equipment pedestals and large construction machinery infrastructure.

Our products are exported long-term to overseas infrastructure markets across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions. They are pre-embedded into concrete during civil concrete pouring construction, undertaking core functions of fixing main equipment, bearing overall structural loads and resisting foundation settlement & displacement. They are indispensable embedded components for civil engineering projects.

II. Raw Materials & Production Processes

Premium Q235 round steel is adopted as raw material, which can be upgraded to high-strength 45# steel as required.

Full production flow: Round steel blanking & cutting → high-temperature bending to form 7-shaped hook at one end → precision thread rolling & tapping on the other end → surface anti-rust treatment.

The integrated forged bent hook features no cracks or stress defects at the bending section. After embedding into concrete, the hook locks tightly with cement to deliver powerful anchoring pull-out resistance. Threads are formed via precision rolling process with regular full profiles, creating tight engagement with matching nuts and avoiding thread stripping or disengagement during installation and tightening.

III. Surface Finish Options & Product Advantages

Standard stock items adopt plain black oxide anti-rust finish with high cost performance, meeting embedding demands of indoor factory buildings. Two anti-corrosion processes can be customized: hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanized bolts feature thick zinc coating with excellent salt spray resistance and acid & alkali corrosion resistance for harsh environments including coastal areas, outdoor wind power facilities and bridges.

Different from straight shank bolts, the L-shaped hook structure expands concrete contact area and delivers outstanding pull-out resistance, effectively eliminating hidden risks of loosening in later service. All dimensional parameters including hook length and threaded segment length can be modified to non-standard sizes per customers’ construction drawings.

IV. Quality Inspection, Delivery & Supporting Services

Mainstream sizes M12–M48 are permanently stocked. Short standard-length goods can be delivered within 48 hours, while extra-long customized bolts will be scheduled for production according to construction lead times.

Pre-delivery inspection verifies shank diameter, thread precision and bending dimensions to eliminate defective products with dimensional deviation or incomplete threads.

We provide one-stop supply of self-produced matching nuts, flat washers and spring washers for complete kit shipment, saving customers the trouble of separate procurement. Custom special-hook anchor bolts against drawings are supported. Relying on large-scale stable production capacity, we stably undertake full-container foreign trade orders, making our products the preferred choice for overseas infrastructure embedded fastener procurement.
